Terms and Conditions
It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
If at any time during the class, you feel any discomfort or strain, you can always withdraw from, reduce, or modify any of the poses. This practice is not about competition or striving or pushing past the edge of your edge. Rather, it is a safe space where you can land just as you are, let go of all effort, and release deeply held tension.

Terms of Practice:
By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you acknowledge there is risk of injury and are voluntarily participating in these activities with the full knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the dangers involved. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating in these classes, you affirm you are in good health and physical condition. In addition, please notify Hannah of any medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations, and if there are any changes to your health prior to class. Please do not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain, there are always options to modify or use a different pose to achieve the same result.

If you are pregnant, become pregnant, or are post-natal or post-surgical, please inform Hannah prior to participation. By participating, you verify that you have your doctor's approval to participate.

By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you accept that Hannah MacWilliams (Yoga with Hannah) is not liable for any injury, or damages to person or property resulting from the taking of any class.

These classes are designed for adults and do not cater for those under 18.

Class Etiquette:

The space will open 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins as late entry is disruptive to the flow of class.

Please enter the space in a respectful and thoughtful way, keeping noise to a minimum.

Please maintain the 1.5 square meter distancing at all times to the best of your ability.

If you borrow any props, please be sure to sanitise and return them the storage cupboard at the end of class.

Wear layers, as your body temperature might fluctuate during practice. (Socks, jumpers, etc. are encouraged!)

Bring your own water, as water is not provided.
Props:
You are invited to bring your own props if you have them available. In most classes we will use a yoga mat, 2 blocks, 2-4 blankets or meditation cushions, and a chair. Chairs are provided at the space, and if you do not have access to the other props or something similar, please let me know, as I have some available to borrow.

Class Payment and Credit/Cancellation:
Payment is up front for all classes, unless otherwise arranged with Hannah. Please let me know if you need to create a different payment plan.

If you are no longer able to attend, please give Hannah as much notice as possible. (24 hours would be great, especially for those on the wait list!) If you cancel outside of 3 hours before class begins, you can change your booking to another date without any penalty. If you cancel within 3 hours of class beginning or are a no-show, you will not be able to change your booking or receive a refund.

If a class is cancelled by Hannah, students will either be credited with a make-up class or be given a full refund if a make-up class is not an option.

Concession Discount:
If you qualify for a concession discount then please feel free to use the following Promo Codes when booking any class or a 5-class pass to receive a 10% discount. You simply put in the appropriate code at checkout where it says "Add a promo code" and then the discount will be automatically applied:
-Use promo code "concession" when booking an individual class.
-Use Promo code "concession5" when booking a 5-class pass.

*Please note concession codes cannot be applied to the Online Library Membership or the 3-class pass for new students.
